East Palestine Library Reopens to the Public Monday, June 8

The East Palestine Memorial Public Library will reopen the library building to the public on Monday, June 8, 2020 at 9:00 a.m.

For the time being, library hours will be Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

We ask that anyone who is sick or has been in the previous 24 hours to not enter the library.

We prefer that returning library materials continue to be placed in the outside book drop.

Masks are preferred but we understand that they are not comfortable for all concerned.  Please be aware that the staff will be wearing masks and gloves when waiting on patrons and handling books.

Curbside pickup will still be available.  Copier and fax service will be provided.  However, at this time we are not able to provide restrooms, the drinking fountain, the coffee station, or the Community Room for meetings.

Four laptop computers are available for one hour per day per patron.  Limited seating is available for laptop usage.  Reservations are recommended.

Please follow signs posted in the library for safety information.
