For the time being, the East Palestine Memorial Public Library is scaling back to curbside pickup only. Call 330-426-3778 to request items or reserve items using the library catalog, pac.plus.lib.oh.us/polaris/default.aspx?ctx=11.1033.0.0.3. Drive up to the book drop, call the library to let them know you have arrived, and the staff will place your items in your trunk using no-contact service. Returned items can be placed in the book drop.
