Storytime @ the Library features programs that offer stories, music, movement, and games.
Virtual Storytime via Google Meet is offered on Mondays at 11:00 AM. Programs are offered on Monday mornings until Monday, December 6.
Movers & Shakers is offered on Wednesdays at 10:00 AM. Programs are offered on Wednesday mornings until Wednesday, December 8.
On Saturday, September 11 from 10:00 AM to Noon, the East Palestine Memorial Public Library will host a free paper shredding event. Following no-contact procedures, place your items to be shred in your trunk or the back of your vehicle. Drive-up in the library's parking lot, and we will retrieve the items to be shred and close your trunk.
Protect-N-Shred of Cortland, Ohio will perform the service.
Audrey Dimmerling, OSU Extension Educator, will present the Generation Rx program on Thursday, September 9 at 6:00 PM. Participants at this in-person program will learn safe medication practices and risks of medication misuse. The program is made available from The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy and the Cardinal Health Foundation.
Due to the high rate of Covid transmission in Columbiana County, masks are needed to enter the library.
Join us Monday, August 23 at 8:30 PM, as we offer a free movie under the stars on the lawn behind the Community Room. Families can social distance by bringing their own chairs or blanket to watch the movie. Bring snacks and enjoy the movie with your family.

This year's summer program is coming to a close. The last day to turn in your READ! Bingo sheets is Saturday, August 7 to be eligible for a prize.
For the week of July 12, the take home craft is Pipe Cleaner Pets. We will give you a variety of chenille stems, some beads, and wiggle eyes, and see what kind of pets you can make. The following are some websites and YouTube videos to give you some inspiration.
