East Palestine Library will temporarily close the building to the public, beginning Wednesday, March 18th. At this time, we plan to resume normal operations on Monday, May 4, and will keep you informed as the situation develops.
As of Monday, March 23, we are suspending the curbside pickup of library items to comply with Governor DeWine's Stay at Home order. If you need to reach the library, contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or private message us on Facebook.
Library items are being renewed every day. You do not need to worry about accruing overdue fines during this time. We have contacted Ohio Digital Library about lifting blocks on cards that have expiring registrations. If you receive an email notifying you that your card is expiring, it should not effect you ability to borrow from Ohio Digital Library.
eBooks, audiobooks, movies, and digital magazines will still be available for library patrons through Hoopla, Overdrive, and the Libby app, with access through the library website using library barcodes and pin numbers.
We will continue to find innovative ways to link the community to resources available. Watch our website and Facebook page for daily updates. If you need to contact the library, email email@example.com or private message on the library's Facebook page. Thank you.
